The social Self as a new formation of personal 7 years crisis

The article presents a series of pilot studies, aims to define a substantial component of individual new formation, an emerging transition from pre-school to school age (the so-called crisis, 7 years). According to aggregate the data received, the author identifies as a personal new formation crisis 7 years «a sense of social competence», acting in children's behavior in the form of real-role behavior, emerging from the pre-school children in communicating with others (adults and peers) and having a sufficiently reliable in determining prognosis of child's readiness for school.
